For managing agents of residential blocks

Stop assembling fire safety evidence the night before the audit.

Site Sure records every door check, round and finding as it happens, on a tamper-evident record you can hand to a client, an insurer or the fire authority in minutes. Not from spreadsheets, photo streams and a contractor's inbox, days later.

The headaches Site Sure takes off your desk

Fire safety evidence lives in too many places, and the moment someone asks for it is always the wrong moment. Site Sure puts it in one record, as it happens.

The headacheA client, an insurer or the fire authority asks for your Regulation 10 door evidence and it takes three days to pull together.

With Site SureEvery check is already on the record, by site, by door, by date, and the whole record can be exported whenever you need it.

The headacheNobody can prove a check happened on the day the spreadsheet says it did.

With Site SureEach record carries its capture time, its receipt time and its place in a hash-linked chain. A backdated entry is impossible, and a late one is flagged.

The headacheCaretakers lose signal in stairwells and write checks up later from memory.

With Site SureThe field app is built to work offline, scans the door's label to prove presence, and syncs when it is back in signal.

The headacheA colleague leaves and the photos, the WhatsApp threads and the knowledge leave with them.

With Site SureEvidence belongs to the organisation, not the phone. One leaver action closes their access and keeps everything they recorded.

The headacheContractors and caretakers share a login, so nobody can say who actually did the check.

With Site SureEvery person has their own account and their own second factor. Covering for a colleague is time-boxed and recorded, so the record says whose authority was used.

The headacheA contractor's competency certificate expired months ago and nobody noticed until the audit.

With Site SureCompetencies are recorded against each person with an expiry, warned on ahead of time, and shown against everyone who does the work.

Who it is for

Built for the people who carry the duty

One record, read three ways.

Property managers

See every site's position at a glance, know what is due, and stop chasing contractors for photos.

Building safety managers

Own the register and the assessor appointments, with one record for the Accountable Person to stand behind.

Directors and clients

Hand a regulator or a residents' board a verifiable record instead of a promise. The published root proves it has not been edited since.

What it records evidence for

Four instruments, one register

Site Sure records what was done and when. Whether that discharges a duty is a judgement for you and your appointed fire risk assessor, and the record is what you make it with. Some of this is in the hands of our first managing agents now; some is being built with them.

Building Safety Act 2022

The Accountable Person's duties on higher-risk buildings, and the records that show they were met.

Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005

Fire risk assessor appointments per site and the actions that follow them.

Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022

Regulation 10 flat entrance door checks, including the attempts that found no one in.

Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025

Evacuation plans reviewed on a twelve month cycle, with sensitive personal data kept apart.

How it works

From register to evidence

Four steps, and the fourth is the one you used to dread.

  1. 1

    Build the register

Sites, buildings, locations and assets, with the fire risk assessor appointed to each site.

  2. 2

    Apply numbered labels

Pre-printed QR labels bound to each door and asset. Scanning proves presence.

  3. 3

    Walk the rounds

Caretakers and contractors capture checks and photos in the field app, synced when back in signal.

  4. 4

    Hand over the record

Every event and every photo, exportable at any time, with the published root to check them against.

The audit trail

A record that cannot be quietly edited

Every event is linked to the one before it, and the root of your organisation's chain is published every night to a locked, write-once store. A spreadsheet can be changed after the fact. This cannot, and anyone holding the events can prove it.

Redaction under data protection law keeps the digest and removes the content, so the chain still verifies and the record still shows that something was removed, and when.

Security you can show your client

Built to be trusted by someone who does not trust you yet

Your client, their insurer and the fire authority all have reasons to doubt a record. Site Sure is built so they do not have to take your word for it.

Passkeys, and no opt-out

Passkeys first, authenticator app as fallback. A second factor is mandatory for every administrator and manager. Sensitive actions ask again.

A record that proves itself

Every event is hash-linked to the last. The root of your chain is published nightly to a locked, write-once store and anyone can verify it.

Evidence that cannot be swapped

Each photo's digest is checked on the server before it becomes evidence. A mismatch is refused and recorded as a security event.

Every action attributable

Roles with scoped grants, time-boxed cover for a colleague, and step-up for anything sensitive. The record says who, and on whose authority.

Hosted on Cloudflare, with the database in its Western Europe region. More on the security page.
